**Pricing does not include lifts, conduit, exterior junction boxes, wall penetrations, permit fees or after-hours work, which are quoted when needed. Prices assume single-story work, open ceilings and cable runs up to 150 ft. Software licenses are part of the monthly plans.

What the prices include
Plain terms.
- Mounting, configuration, aiming, testing and a staff walkthrough are included.
- Hardware is quoted as separate line items. You may also supply approved hardware.
- Not included: lifts, conduit, exterior junction boxes, wall penetrations, permit fees and after-hours work, which are quoted when needed.
- Project minimum $1,500 per site (Alarm.com packages are priced as listed). Multi-location orders: 5% off door and alarm work at 2 to 4 locations, 10% at 5 to 9, 15% at 10 or more. Camera and AI pricing is the same at every location.
- Fixed price on the documented scope. It changes only if the scope changes or site conditions differ from the photos and survey we quoted from.
- Workmanship warranty: 1 year on installation labor, extended for life while the site keeps an active PGC plan. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware.
- This price list applies to owner-direct work. Plans-and-specifications bids are priced per specification.
- Texas sales tax applies where required. Service area: Dallas–Fort Worth.
